The Chinese agency is finalized as the investigation object of this article after analysis the existed issues of foreign-funded enterprises agency .Combined with lots of related documentations and working experience of author, the existed issues of agency are highlighted and corresponding solutions are provided. The key point of this article is to provide recommended solution for such existed issues. The article initiated to clarify the existed issues in products agency of foreign enterprises from three aspects of marketing channel's question, agent's difficult position, and the brand consciousness weak. The issues of marketing channel could be ascribed to four aspects, construction criterion, market segmentation, maintenance mechanism, and information flow. The non-standard construction of marketing channels in the Foreign-funded enterprise is the most common questions. The solution of the fourth section is proposed in accordance with the problem analysis of the third part. These methods include improving the internal mechanisms, market strategy, brand strategy and the use of supply chain model. This paper follows the process of putting forward the question, analyzing problems, solving the problem. The conclusions of this article is includes summary of the full paper. And also, the author put forward the recommendations for the study on agent problem and prospects of foreign-funded enterprises in China.Because of the limit of time and capability, I hope everyone can give me valuable advice in order to redress the inadequacies of this article.
