| Poverty alleviation in China began in the mid-1980 s,and has made great achievements through nearly 30 years of unremitting efforts.However,for a long time,the number of poor residents is unclear,the situation is unclear,the pertinence is not strong,poverty alleviation funds and projects are not directed to the more prominent problems.Xi jinping,general secretary of hunan province in November 2013 when the first time made a "seeking truth from facts,adjust measures to local conditions,classification guidance,accurate for poverty alleviation" important instructions,and finance is the important force to promote the rural population out of poverty to get rich,financial precision poverty reduction to find the focus of poverty alleviation and development work in the new period,and on the precise ShiCe unreal,promote at accurate compaction work,up and down on the precise landing see practical results,to win the battle to provide strong financial support poverty.This paper takes agricultural bank hunyuan sub-branch as the main research object.First of all,through the questionnaire survey,the bank carried out a field investigation on the current financial targeted poverty alleviation,and elaborated on the current situation of the work;Secondly,the problems encountered in the bank’s poverty alleviation work are sorted out,and the causes of the problems are deeply analyzed.Finally,this paper puts forward Suggestions from the following six aspects: constructing the platform of financial service system,improving the precision of financial poverty alleviation,innovating financial poverty alleviation products,constructing risk prevention system,optimizing financial environment and accelerating the construction of poverty alleviation service station.This paper studies on basic banking financial activities accurate general reference significance for poverty alleviation,banking at the grass-roots level for better implementation of the national precise poverty alleviation policy provides a typical case of more powerful,for precision through basic banking financial poverty alleviation,to help poor areas out of poverty to rich. |
