Research On The Strategic Development Of LL Rural Commercial Bank

Development strategy is crucial for enterprises,which has theoretical guiding significance and is the tactical basis for enterprises.In the context of future financial industry competition,commercial banks will have to face a comprehensive and multidimensional complex environment.The new financial oligarch can impose impacts on old financial structure with the help of technical advantages in the new era.The successful experience in the past no longer has a complete reference value in the future practice,which raises completely different requirements for banks' operation.Nowadays,our country's economic growth is generally slowing down.Under the new normal,China has formed and entered the structural transformation stage.At present,with the promotion of inclusive finance and rural revitalization,Internet finance,shadow banking and others have brought about the comprehensive construction of rural financial system.Therefore rural commercial banks are facing increasingly fierce competition.The author has taken LL rural commercial banks as the research objective and studied LL rural commercial bank's development strategy using PEST model,Porter Five Forces Model,SWOT analysis and other economics and management theories.This thesis first studies the bank's strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and challenges based on the SWOT model,then makes analysis on the development environment of the bank from internal and external environment.Meanwhile,it concludes a development strategy suitable for LL rural commercial bank using IFE,EFE matrix analysis model and strategic azimuth ?.The thesis also develops strategic plans based on the enterprise's strategic objectives,mainly includes product strategy,human resources strategy and marketing strategy.
