In recent years,with the vigorous development of China's economy,the market operation of the heating industry is becoming more mature,and the original complex business processes have been unable to effectively improve the efficiency of enterprises.State-owned heating enterprises are in urgent need of improving their operational capacity.The purpose of this paper is to demonstrate the necessity of financial process reengineering in Qinhuangdao Thermal Corporation,and put forward the corresponding process reengineering scheme.In this paper,the existing process of Qinhuangdao District Heating Co.is taken as the research object.According to the characteristics of the subject,the method of literature sorting,the legality of investigation and analysis,and the method of ASME process reengineering are adopted.Firstly,it introduces the research background,and through the analysis of the research status at home and abroad,it provides ideas for the financial process reengineering of Qinhuangdao District Heating Co.This paper defines the financial process mentioned in this paper from a conceptual point of view,analyses the theory of business process reengineering and value chain in detail,and introduces the ASME method as the analysis tool of process reengineering.Secondly,through the description of the current financial process of Qinhuangdao District Heating Co.,the problems of the current financial process are analyzed.Select several main financial processes,use ASME method to analyze process reengineering,comb out the value-added business and non-value-added business in the process,and point out the direction for the future financial process reengineering work.Thirdly,set the goal for financial process reengineering of Qinhuangdao District Heating Co.Then,with the help of the application of information platform,design the main financial process reengineering program,quantify the effect of process reengineering by ASME method,and show that the program is feasible.Finally,the paper elaborates the safeguard measures of financial process reengineering from four aspects: organization,system,culture and technology.Through financial process reengineering,the work efficiency of enterprises is improved,and it has far-reaching significance to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.
