Research On The Rural Planning Strategy In Santai County Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

Aiming at the Current Situation of Rural Areas,probing into the reasonable way to solve the contradiction in the process of Rural Development,coordinating the relationship between Rural Construction and Rural Industry,Rural Environment,Rural Culture,etc.It is an urgent subject to be studied at present,including creating a superior living environment,highlighting the regional characteristics of the countryside,stimulating the vitality of rural development and the realization of the Rural residentsundefined pursuit of a better Life.This thesis takes the countryside of Santai County as the object,combining with the inherent requirements of rural revitalization,through the methods of literature research,case study,practice investigation,GIS analysis and so on.This thesis discusses the thinking of rural planning and development in Santai county,and it is used to guide the rural planning practice of Santai county construction town.Firstly,this thesis analyzes the main contents of the domestic rural revitalization strategy,analyzes the theory and practice of the domestic and foreign rural planning research,and analyzes and summarizes the relationship between the rural revitalization strategy and the rural planning.Secondly,the paper analyzes the regional characteristics and current situation of Santai County.It is found that the rural characteristic industry is outstanding but not strong,the hills are superior but lack of protection and utilization,the Shu-Han culture is rich but lack of protection and inheritance,the rural governance needs to be improved,and the rural talent team needs to be adjusted.Through the analysis of the advantages and problems,it lays the foundation for the corresponding development strategy.Lastly,aiming at the problems of rural development in Santai County,combining the five requirements of Rural Revitalization and the elements of Rural characteristics,put forward five aspects of macro-level rural planning strategy.Including:developing characteristic industry,maintenance hilly ecological environment,strengthening the heritage of non-heritage culture,forming a multi-component co-governance system,strengthen the construction of talents.Through macro-level rural planning strategy,a case study on the Construction of Town,this thesis applies theory to practice,makes a complete planning plan for the construction of the town,provides reference for other rural planning.
