Since 2013,Internet finance has developed rapidly. However, with the financial innovation of the Internet, there are serious financial security problems: illegal fund raising,Internet financial funds pool,self-inflation,fake bidding, fraud, etc.Internet finance gradually Simple social issues translate into complex social public governance issues. After theoretically defining the connotation of the core concepts of Internet finance, governance mechanism and collaborative governance used in this topic, this paper uses public choice theory,"new public welfare regulation theory" and governance theory as the theoretical basis for exploring China's Internet financial governance. The cause of the dilemma and the optimization path.Along with the emergence of Internet financial risks, the government has continuously strengthened its supervision and regulation. However, the governance effect achieved over the years has not been good.Exploring its fundamentals,we believe that the main problem is: market mechanism is often accompanied by market failures under the influence of “economic man” self-interested preference and bounded rationality;the government is constrained by the policy choice of developing the economy and cannot fully control financial development. And there are some public sector failures caused by the “economic man” preference;and the group of investors who are important players in the market are seriously neglected in the governance process in this field. In view of this,we believe that it is necessary to introduce community governance mechanisms and coordinate market and government governance, build rational mechanisms, enhance financial education, and apply the power of ideas,so that the market, government and society can be embedded to play a mutually beneficial governance effect.
