With the acceleration of urbanization process and the continuous improvement of people’s living quality,the amount of kitchen waste has increased dramatically.The kitchen waste with complex composition and rich organic matter is a valuable renewable resource,which has dual characteristics of waste and resources.However,the traditional ways of waste incineration,landfill and mixed collection can no longer meet the requirements of harmlessness,reduction and resource utilization.Improper disposal has become a potential hazard source affecting food safety and ecological security.Therefore,proper disposal of kitchen waste is imminent.To achieve "resourcebased,reduction,harmless" disposal,waste "intelligent" classification equipment is urgently needed,with broad market prospects.The full text is divided into six parts.Firstly,through the research and analysis of the theory,case and strategy of new product marketing,we find that many scholars based on 4P theory create customer groups,maintain customers,research markets,and adjust marketing strategies in response to market demand,according to the development characteristics of the new era.Secondly,taking JDM company as the research object,through field investigation and visits,the overall operation of JDM company is studied and analyzed.It is found that there are four factors affecting the company’s marketing: first,the early investment in R&D stage,second,the unknown risk in production stage,third,the cognitive level in promotion stage,and fourth,the product renewal in mature stage;at the same time,there are insufficient investment in R&D.The problems of product renewal are too fast,difficult to popularize and high degree of government relevance.Finally,combined with the existing problems,targeted countermeasures and suggestions are put forward as follows: on the one hand,the implementation of the overall marketing strategy.Increase investment,speed up product upgrading;control cost,implement skimming pricing;based on environmental protection,strive for government procurement.On the other hand,we should implement the overall safeguard measures.Strengthen the concept of social environmental protection;innovate the market promotion mechanism;improve the policy support mechanism.It is hoped that this study can provide useful exploration and help for JDM company’s future business ideas and marketing strategies,in order to cope with the increasingly fierce market competition,create more profit margins,and let the"wisdom"classification provide a strong guarantee for the"wisdom"of society.
