With the continuous development of computer technology,and the integration of information science and technology,the development of enterprise information system has become more and more advanced and intelligent.Subsequently,the operation mode and business process of the present enterprise will be completely changed,and the level of marketing and customer service will be expected to progress.More importantly,relying on the information technology and the composition of these information tools and systems,enterprises' insight to market has updated and the ability to monitor market circumstances has obtained an unprecedented increase.Especially in the field of business intelligence(BI),the representative tool of present information technology,which can help enterprises to integrate its internal supply chain,business management,operation management,customer relationship management and human resource management into a unified platform,and all the information and resources among various departments can be shared.What's more,the new information technology and information system makes the content and channel of accessing external information forming a complete unit that acquiring resources from social application and website forum can be used to real-time and accurate data acquisition,analysis,extraction which were impossible in the past.In reality,different software developers and service providers provide different business intelligence technology.Meanwhile,different industries and different companies have their own unique needs.Therefore,it is very important to study and find out the key factors that affect the users' behaviours.At present,there is less research on the user acceptance of the latest commercial information technology,and most of works are based on the fundamental research of ERP system.For these new information technologies which are combined with new algorithm and intelligent AI,users' experience and perception,key factors of purchase intention of them are different from the past.In this study,through collecting and mining of current research works,we try to use the information technology acceptance model to explore the key influencing factors of the employees'willingness to accept the business intelligence(BI)technology.It also puts forward relevant assumptions,optimizes the UTAUT2 model,and designs the corresponding questionnaire.According to the results of the previous research,the questionnaire is edited and issued.At the same time,for our research purposes,the researcher also conducted a number of interviews with key users of BI.Finally,SPSS software was used for statistical analysis.The research results show that most of the research hypotheses presented in this paper are valid.According to the data analysis,it is proven that the users' willingness to accept BI is affected by the enterprise organization system.At the end of this study,on the basis of general reviews of academic circles and the empirical research,the research contents are summarized and many problems and shortcomings in the research process are pointed out.Finally,some predictions and suggestions on the future development of business intelligence,and the new trends of willingness to accept new information technology are proposed.
