At present,China is experiencing a critical period of economic transformation and upgrading and industrial restructuring.The development of manufacturing industry has gradually moved from “manufacturing power” to“manufacturing power” and “manufacturing power” to “smart power”.In this critical period,professional skills,especially their role in the development of manufacturing,are becoming more and more important.The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security issued the "Implementation Plan for the Construction of Skilled Talent Teams(2018-2020)",which takes the development of larger and stronger teams of skilled talents as the lead.Enterprises should pay attention to the cultivation of professional skills talents,and fully tap the human capital potential of professional skills talents in the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries.Skilled talents are the core backbone of skilled workers and an important part of China's technical talents.It is of great significance for accelerating the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure.Human resources are the biggest advantage of enterprise development.Under the background of global energy shortage,exchange crisis and resource shortage,increasing human capital investment is an objective requirement for enterprise development and economic operation.Skilled talents are an important part of enterprise development.It is the core competitive factor for enterprises to participate in market competition.Skilled talents are the direct creators of the products produced by enterprises.They play an important role in improving the core competitiveness of enterprises and promoting technological innovation and thetransformation of scientific and technological achievements.It can be said that modern technical talents are technological advancements and technological upgrading of enterprises.Housekeeper factor.Under the background of structural reform on the supply side,the degree of correlation and intensification between the textile and garment industry chains has been continuously improved,and the demand for skilled talents in the textile industry is increasing.The textile industry has always been the pillar industry of Shaoxing and has an important position in Shaoxing City and Zhejiang Province's industrial economy.Shaoxing is also an important global tie production base,a sock production base,Asia's largest chemical fiber fabric production base,printing and dyeing processing base.Therefore,the demand for skilled talents in textile enterprises in Shaoxing is developing in a diversified and complex direction.Through the questionnaire survey of skilled talents in60 textile enterprises in Shaoxing,this paper distributes,recycles and organizes the questionnaires,and analyzes the results of effective questionnaires,from the aspects of comprehensive quality,professional skills,on-the-job status,supply and demand connection.The survey,from the perspective of the internal staff of the company,analyzes the current situation of the cultivation of enterprise skills and the actual demand of the skilled personnel.Combining with domestic and foreign advanced experience,training status and existing problems,based on the four levels of enterprises in the Shaoxing area,from the enterprise level,government level,college level,and skilled talents themselves,the countermeasures for the training of skilled talents in textile enterprises are discussed.The proposal is to train high-quality skilled personnel for the development of textile enterprises in Shaoxing and promote the sustainable development of enterprises.
