This dissertation is a study on innovation of training pattern for skilled workers, based on research of the growth path and rules of skilled workers.This study has been originated from the huge demand on skilled workers in manufacturing industry, and the serious shortage of the supply of human resources, especially the high skilled talents Through relevant literature review, researcher summarizes the historical background and current status of skilled workers training system, and reveals the problems and challenges facing China. Through a deeply and closely research into the growth cycle of high skilled workers, researcher finds that we have to better understand and apply the growth rules of skilled workers to explore strategies of innovating the training pattern for skilled workers.The dissertation is composed of four chapters:Chapter I is a brief introduction including what and why is being researched, how the research began, definition of key conceptions in the thesis and literature filing. It is a basic work of the study.Chapter II gives a historical review of workers training in China and introduces the current status of skilled workers training system,revealing the problem that the current state educational system and training modes cannot satisfy the need for the market economic development.Chapter III analyzes the growth cycle and rules of skilled workers through case study.In the last chapter, researcher brings forward the following finding, by exploring school-enterprise cooperation during the process of training for skilled workers, both schools and enterprises can find innovative ways to establish new training models of skilled workers.
