In recent years,the demand of petrochemical industry at home and abroad is weak,the industry capacity is over,the national policy of production limit and approval has been issued one after another,the effect of the supply-side reform has not fully appeared,the transformation and upgrading of chemical industry enterprises themselves is still slow,the survival and development environment is not optimistic.Under the great pressure of survival and development,the state-owned chemical industry needs to realize the innovation of all employees,especially the innovation of front-line employees.This study in jiangsu sopo(group)co.,LTD as the research object,from the status of the management of innovation of state-owned enterprises,through the sopo group staff innovation management problems are analyzed and summarized,aiming at the problem of state-owned enterprise staff pot of thoughts simply ignored the innovation management,senior leaders and departments cooperate with lack of coordination and division between serious shuffle phenomenon such as the dispute,by using ameba management model to establish a new innovation management mechanism,establish employee a hotbed of innovation,in order to help enterprises to develop low cost strategy for the center.Article first ameba management and employee innovative research were summarized at home and abroad,secondly introduces the sopo group promoting ameba management history background,summarizes the jiangsu sopo group of the insufficiency of the innovation management,detailing the ameba management mode in sopo group model design and the process of promoting and advance some of the problems existing in the process and the method and train of thought to solve the problem,finally,sopo group amoebic change impact on employee innovative research,put forward the sopo group grass-roots staff innovation of the corresponding countermeasures.Taking the ameba reform of sopo group as an example,this study explores the application of ameba operation management mode in continuous production of state-owned chemical enterprises,improves the enterprise employee innovation mode,helps enterprises survive and develop,and provides some valuable references for the employee innovation management of state-owned chemical enterprises in China.
