Membrane technology originated in developed countries.At present,membrane technology and products have been very mature.Many foreign enterprises have entered the Chinese market,such as Corister of the United States and AP of the United States.In addition to American companies,some enterprises in the Netherlands,Austria and Japan are also in the world advanced level in the application of membrane.The membrane technology in our country started a little late,but it has also developed rapidly in recent years,and a number of membrane enterprises with advanced technology have emerged in China.Membrane products are widely used in chemical industry,water treatment and gas purification.Membrane technology is to separate the mixture through the selective permeability of the membrane.Technically,when the mixed flow enters the membrane separator,there will be two kinds of logistics,namely,osmotic flow and concentrated flow,which contain more chemical components that are easy to pass through the membrane,while the concentrated flow contains more chemical components that are not easy to pass through the membrane.T Company is to promote the development of membrane products and membrane process out of a market,technology,scientific research and development,to build a modern high-tech enterprise in which membrane industry occupies a dominant position.In the face of market changes,opportunities and challenges coexist,how to maintain competitive advantage,how to maintain a high market share is a problem worthy of study,it is very urgent and important to formulate a marketing strategy suitable for market-oriented conditions.This paper reviews the modern marketing theory and analysis methods on the basis of;Firstly,it analyzes the marketing problems of T company.Secondly,it uses PEST to analyze the macro environment and porter's five forces model to analyze the competition situation of the industry SWOT strategy analysis matrix.STP theory is applied to analyze the market segments,target markets and market positioning,which lays a solid foundation for the formulation and selection of marketing strategies,on which differentiated marketing strategies are developed.Finally,try to come up with something new Product strategy,price strategy,channel strategy,promotion strategy,and from optimize the company's organizational structure,strengthen the enterprise.The guarantee measures for the implementation of marketing strategy are put forward from the three aspects of cultural function and accelerating the construction of specialized marketing team.It is hoped that the research conclusions of this paper can provide Suggestions for T company's transformation and development,market expansion,and improvement of enterprise competitiveness,as well as provide references for other enterprises.
