With the level of economy improving continuously,the consumption of floral industry market has been moving from high earners in the past to the ordinary people now and reached almost everywhere.The public's aesthetic level is improving widely and their demand for beauties and natures is more and more stronger.The floral design just meets this gap.Every consumer wants to get an unique personalized floral design works,in line with their own requirements such as an amazing wedding at first glance,a luxurious but decent dinner,an exquisite design of a prototype room and fascinating business places,those combining fashion elements and floral designs.This is the severe test of designer skills.The first priority of an enterprise is fully understanding their target customers,customer needs and customer needs satisfaction through market segmentation analysis,followed which is choosing the right target marketing and market positioning strategy properly.And then,analyze the characteristics of the consumer market and customer buying behaviors.Based on this,this paper summarized Naifu Floral Design Company's sales strategy and existing problems and analysis of the reasons of these problems to further explore the improvement of marketing strategy and recommendations to implementation.This research would help Naifu Floral Design Company to improve their overall management on business with long term and deep impact.After detailed analysis on the situations of floral industry and Naifu Floral Design Company,proper marketing strategies were made which are the basis to Naifu healthy and stable development and also references of improving marketing strategies to other floral design enterprises.In this paper,totally five parts as follows:The first part is the introduction,expounding of the research background and significance,researching methods,researching ideas and framework;The second part is theory was reviewed to provide the scientific theory for the improving and implementing of marketing strategy;The third part is the market environment analysis for Naifu Floral Design Company,introducing the development and variation of the Ji'nan flower art industry,STP analysis and consumer behavior analysis in jinan flower art market.The fourth part expounds the marketing situation and marketing strategy of Jinan Naifu Floral Design Company followed by analysis of their marketing strategy problems and reasons.The fifth part raised the Improvement Strategy by STP strategy?4P(Product,price,channel,promotion)basing on market segmentation?Consumer demand and the characteristics of target customers.The sixth part is specific measures for implementation marketing strategy...
