Research On Risk Management Countermeasures Of Enterprise Settlement Account Of Joint Stock Commercial Bank

In daily operations,commercial banks often face various "dangers",such as money laundering,tax evasion and tax evasion,misappropriation of enterprises or state funds,financial fraud and so on.The business of the enterprise's settlement account of bank is the most basic financial service of joint-stock commercial banks,and the risk of it has become an important risk in the operation of joint-stock commercial banks.The existence of this risk will bring immeasurable losses to banks.What management strategies should be adopt to identify and control risks,which is a problem that joint-stock commercial banks must solve.The risk management of bank enterprise settlement account business is an important issue at the level of specific operation procedures of it.Taking the risk management of it of M Bank Jinan Branch as an example,this paper explores the main problems encountered in the operation of this business and the ways to solve these problems.Chapter 1 introduces the research background,significance and purpose of this paper.Through a variety of research methods,such as questionnaire,expert scoring,etc.,on the basis of relevant research results at home and abroad,it expounds the ideas of this study,and draws possible innovations,and points out the shortcomings of this study.Chapter 2 introduces related concepts and basic theories.Such as,concepts of RMB settlement account,the enterprise's settlement account management,the commercial bank risk management and the enterprise's settlement account risk management of bank etc.Furthermore,it introduces the latest risk management theory.Chapter 3 mainly describes the current situation and questions of the enterprise's settlement account business of M Bank Jinan Branch.Chapter 4 summarizes and analyses the main influence factors of enterprise settlement account risk management of M Bank Jinan Branch.Chapter 5 analyses the measurement index system.Through questionnaires and expert scoring method,the weighting of 32 indicators in the index system as risk points is verified and the preliminary study on the risk level is also carried out.Chapter 6 puts forward concrete suggestions to further improve the risk management countermeasures.The paper draws the following conclusions:Firstly,bank M Jinan Branch has some problems in the process of enterprise settlement account risk management.It is mainly manifested in the following aspects: lack of implementation standards for beneficiary review;difficult to check certificate information;inconsistent implementation standards among banks;incomplete seal filing management system;lack of review procedures for account management system filing;inadequate risk management for cancellation of enterprise settlement accounts;unclear responsibilities of account management personnel;incomplete account file management system,etc.Secondly,according to the summary of the factors that affect the risk management of corporate settlement account of M bank Jinan Branch,the risk management measurement index system of corporate settlement account is designed.Through the questionnaire and experts' rating of each index,32 risk points that have a substantial impact are finally determined.After determining the indicator system,combining with the actual risk prevention and control measures,the risk value and weight of 32 indicators are calculated according to the final scores of experts.The risk level of each enterprise settlement account of M bank Jinan Branch can be calculated through it,and the risk points that may have adverse effects can be determined.The bank can discover the risk hidden danger of the enterprise settlement account in time,and take measures to prevent,control and dispose accordingly.Finally,through in-depth study of the problems existing in the process of risk management of corporate settlement account of M Bank Jinan Branch,combined with the risk points with high weight in the measurement index system,the paper puts forward suggestions for improving the risk management of corporate settlement account of M Bank Jinan Branch.Guide and promote the bank to attach great importance to the risk management and control of enterprise settlement account;strengthen the risk management and control from the opening,change,cancellation and file management of enterprise settlement account of M bank Jinan Branch,which is conducive to the bank to move forward the risk management gateway to the maximum extent and intercept the risk before the case occurs.
