Danfoss provides customers with integrated system solutions in terms of cooling,heating,drives and power solutions globally,by focusing on supplying the most competitive innovative products,Danfoss contributes to improve the energy efficiency,climate change and livelihood.The national strategies such as Industrial 4.0,Intelligent Manufacturing 2025,Belt & Road Initiative,Urbanization progressed significant growth opportunities for the industries where Danfoss locates in,likewise the competition from Multinational Companies and local players are incredibly fierce and sharp.This paper,focuses on the study of the company’s competitive strategy,including 7 chapters.Chapter I is the introduction,which introduces the research background,research purpose and significance,research ideas and methods,research framework and technology roadmap.Chapter II is a theoretical summary.By analyzing and studying the relevant theories and books worldwide,the theoretical basis is determined,and the analytical tools used are introduced.Chapter III is the analysis of the external environment of the enterprise.The external macro environment of Danfoss Company is analyzed by PESTEL model.The industrial competitive environment of Danfoss Company is clarified by Porter’s Five Forces Model.Then,the external environmental factors are evaluated by the EFE Matrix.Chapter IV is the analysis of the internal environment of the company,focusing on the analysis of the internal resources and capabilities of the company,and using the IFE matrix to evaluate the internal environment of the company.Chapter V is the formulation of competitive strategy.Through SWOT analysis and QSPM matrix,the company’s strategic choice is made.Chapter VI is the implementation of Danfoss differentiated competition strategy.It introduces the implementation,measures and evaluation methods to ensure the effective implementation.Chapter VII summarizes the achievements and shortcomings of this study,foreseen the future of Danfoss Company in choosing and implementing differentiation strategy.Through specific research and analysis,this paper puts forward that differentiated competitive strategy is the best strategic choice for Danfoss Company at this stage,also it provides a reference sample for the development of energy efficiency technology enterprises.From the academic point of view,through the study of Danfoss Industrial Corporation,a very representative high-tech multinational enterprise,it has certain academic significance for reference in the research methods of enterprise competition strategy in this industry.
