Considering the overall process of energy consumption (purchase and storage, processing and conversion, transport and distribution, end-use) and the whole operation process (production, management, life) of the enterprise, management system for energy can reduce energy consumption and improve the energy performance through energy assessment and energy-saving solution. Establishing and operating management system for energy in industrial enterprises can help them to strengthen the normalization of energy management. Meanwhile, it’s benefit for enterprises to complete the energy-saving targets and tasks which are requiring for the state and government.Energy management systems-Requirements (GB/T23331-2012) is the latest released and implemented standard in China. In the first place, the thesis introduces the applicable range and operation mode of the system briefly. Secondly, compared the common energy management information with the clauses of the standard,the thesis describes energy management tools such as the energy audit, cleaner production, energy performance contracting and so on.Thirdly, the thesis states the changes of GB/T23331-2012and GB/T23331-2009. These changes can help us understand the requirements of the new standard accurately. Finally, the thesis makes a brief interpretation about GB/T23331-2012. When the enterprises establish and operate management system for energy, GB/T23331-2012should be an important theoretical foundation and guidance tool.The thesis establishes the management system for energy of cord fabric company of Shenma Group. In the first place, the thesis introduces main technological process and auxiliary process of nylon66industrial yarn and cord fabric. After comprehensive statistics and analysis on the energy consumption of electricity, steam, gas, water in2013,We can compute that the amount of energy consumption is89484.505tons of standard coal. At the same time,we audit the situation of the energy management of the company. Secondly,after the statistics and summary of energy utilization in each factory, the thesis regards the yarn-making factory and power plant factory as the important energy use area because energy consumption of the two factories is the largest.Thirdly, the thesis identifies the opportunities of improving energy performance and formulate the solutions of energy-saving on technical renovation and energy management. Meanwhile,the thesis analyzes the feasibility of technical and economic of these solutions. If the company puts the energy-saving solutions of technical renovation into effect, it can save1495.188tons of standard coal each year.At last, the thesis lists the main equipments of energy consumption in the company.Then the thesis chooses air compressor as the research object and analyzes the solutions of energy-saving in the processes of generation, transmission, use and recycle of waste heat of compressed air.
