Energy is the important part of the national development strategy,so under the situation of global climate warming,ecological environment deterioration,shortage of traditional fossil energy resources and environmental pollution,new energy and new energy automobile has become the industry which all countries compete to support and encourage.The Chinese government has also raised the new energy and new energy automobile industry to a strategic level and listed it in the national strategic emerging industries.As the core component of new energy automobile,power battery system is playing a crucial role in the development of strategic emerging industry.Tianjin Lishen Battery Company is the leading enterprises in the domestic market of Lithium ion batteries with some representativeness.The article begins a study on the national policy,industry environment,power battery technology,the new normal for economic development and social culture environment,and makes analysis of the external macro environment,industry competition environment and internal resources of the advantages and disadvantages by the tool of Porter Five Competitive Force model and SWOT analysis model.Then,on the above basis,this paper explores the option and establishing of the competitive strategy of the lithium ion power battery in Tianjin Lishen Battery Company,and put forwards that adopting the differentiation competitive strategy is more suitable for the industry development in future.Finally,the paper makes the corresponding guarantee measures to implement differentiation competitive strategy.For the recent two years,with the rapid development of lithium ion power battery industry in China,this competition strategy’s research and making is of some reference for our enterprises of lithium ion power battery to cultivate the core competitiveness and obtain competitive advantage during the period of “The 13 th Five-Year Plan” and better to participate in international competition markets.
