Research On The Impact Of Social Security On The Consumption Of Rural Residents In Hunan Province

Hunan has a large agricultural population,and the development of social economy depends to a large extent on the development of rural residents’ consumption.As a“safety net” and “social stabilizer”,social security plays a vital role in rural residents’ consumption.A sound rural social security system can not only improve the living standards of farmers,promote the coordinated development of urban and rural economy and society,but also has important strategic significance for accelerating the construction of a socialist harmonious society in Hunan Province.This paper adopts a combination of theoretical and empirical,macro and micro analysis,and urban-rural comparative analysis.From the aspects of social security level and social security coverage,the macro-positive analysis of the social security impact of rural residents in Hunan Province is also carried out.The actual survey data of rural families in Hunan Province was analyzed from a micro perspective.Firstly,this paper uses the time series data from 2000 to 2017 to analyze its impact on rural residents’ consumption from the perspective of social security level.The analysis results show that the guaranteed income has a positive effect on the consumption of rural residents in Hunan Province,and through urban and rural comparison.The way to find that it promotes the rural area is greater than the town;secondly,this paper uses the cross-sectional data of the cities of Hunan Province in 2017 and 2013 to conduct historical comparative analysis,from the perspective of coverage,and finds that when coverage level and consumption,When the income development level is adapted,it has a strong promotion effect on rural residents’ consumption.On the contrary,it will seriously inhibit the growth of consumption.Finally,the article uses micro-survey data to collect and use field surveys through descriptive statistics,cross-analysis,multiple correspondence analysis,etc.The survey data of rural residents in Hunan Province were analyzed at the micro level.The effects of social security awareness,social security participation and social security on rural residents’ consumption in rural areas of Hunan Province from gender,age,income and expected income.Analyzed and concluded that the income The higher the awareness and participation of high social security,the more positive the role of social security in rural residents’ consumption.On the basis of macro analysis and micro analysis,this paper puts forward some suggestions for optimizing the social security system and improving the consumptionlevel of rural residents.It is recommended to improve the coverage of social security,increase the transfer of social security in rural areas,improve the social security system,and strengthen Propaganda efforts to increase the income of rural residents,thereby stimulating the improvement of rural residents’ consumption levels.
