With the increasing demand for electric energy,the reliability of power supply is also more and more high,in order to protect electricity the stable operation of the network provides high quality power supply.Lanzhou power supply company is faced with unprecedented opportunities the challenge.Talent is an important factor in the development of enterprises,and human resources play a crucial role in the process of enterprise development and reform important position,as the main technical force of lanzhou power grid operation and maintenance,substation maintenance center is required for personnel and management is more important,we must look to the future,through performance management to focus on training and training skills ability to create positive motivation and a sense of competition.The center is facing the following two problems: first,the technical personnel training and reserve process is difficult difficult,serious loss;The second is the grass-roots class staff,class monitor weak sense of competition,too satisfied with the status quo.The existing performance appraisal program,although the initial effect is good,but with the change of internal and external environment,the appraisal effect if it weakens gradually,the scheme needs to be further optimized.This paper through the grass-roots group staff performance appraisal program in the assessment the adjustment of object range,index selection and weight design,index system evaluation standard and assessment method,assessment evaluation price and feedback are used to optimize the existing performance appraisal scheme and obtain good performance appraisal results.The optimized performance appraisal program is more targeted and more in line with the professional grass-roots team members this paper also puts forward the"special indicators" and "special employees"."To enhance employees' recognition of performance appraisal and stimulate their work enthusiasm and sense of job competition.Realize the trinity of employee performance,department performance and company performance,and jointly improve.At the same time,also to the brothers professional and professional departments of the grass-roots team staff performance appraisal program has reference significance.
