Under the fierce market competition,sales work is the key to the enterprise.With company's resources,the sales staff should do a good job in marketing,maintain the company's brand and gain more business.With the development of China's economy,FedEx sales staff are faced with problems such as insufficient salary incentive,lack of promotion opportunity and lower job satisfaction.How to optimize the incentive mechanism of sales staff to enhance their enthusiasm for work and loyalty to the enterprise,optimize the allocation of human resources,so as to enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise and create benefits for the enterprise has become an important and urgent management problem to FedEx.In this paper,through satisfaction survey of FedEx sales staff,analyzing the problems of incentive mechanism,and on the basis of survey,study what is the most effective incentive mechanism to FedEx sales staff,and develop an implementation proposal.In order to improve FedEx sales staff satisfaction,reduce the sales staff turnover rate,help enterprises to save cost caused by new employee's recruitment,training,improve on-the-job sales staff's satisfaction and loyalty to FedEx.In addition,big express companies are also emerging in China.After nearly two decades of development,these companies must adopt standardized management.The study on the optimization of motivation system for sales staff in FedEx is also of great significance for other similar companies in the same industry.
