Research On Financial Risk Management Of P Financial Leasing Company

In rapid economic development and national policy support,under the background of financial leasing industry in China in recent years show explosive growth,as a new type of financial services,financing lease is being more and more widespread application,and penetrated into manufacturing,trade,finance and other industries,the real economy of our country development has played a great role in promoting.The financing leasing business requires a large amount of capital input,a long investment cycle,and the asset liquidity of finance leasing enterprises is weak,which makes this investment method more risky.In addition,the problem of "emphasizing scale over risk" is becoming more and more serious in the finance leasing industry.In this case,effective financial risk management and control of financial leasing enterprises is of practical significance for their long-term planning and operation development.Based on the theory of financial leasing and financial risk,this paper first introduces the definition,main forms and business processes of financial leasing,as well as the definition,characteristics and classification of financial risks.Then,taking P financial leasing company as the case study object,the basic situation and organizational structure of P company are briefly introduced.Based on the financial data of company P,z-score model cash flow statement analysis and financial ratio analysis were used to analyze the financial risks faced by company P.Then the financial risk status and possible problems of P company are comprehensively expounded.On this basis,a series of prevention and control strategies are proposed on how to strengthen the financial risk management of P finance leasing company,mainly including opening up more financing channels,optimizing the company's business structure,reasonably avoiding interest rate and exchange rate risks,improving the project operation process,and establishing the feasibility review standard.
