Research On Financial Risk Management Of D Financial Leasing Company

After entering 2000, the economy of China has entered a period of rapid development, the financial leasing industry is bound to occupy the dominant position in China’s service industry in the future. It must be noted that the development of financial leasing industry in our country is relatively late. There are still many problems to be solved, "light weight business risk" problem has become a bottleneck of the development of financial leasing industry. Therefore, we must take various measures to deal with financial risks.By analyzing the financial risk management problems of D company, this dissertation aims to put forward some suggestions of the capital operation and the service control, and provide guidance for the development of China’s financial leasing industry.This dissertation focuses on four parts. Firstly, this dissertation introduces some relevant theoretical knowledge about financial risk management and describes the purpose and meaning about financial risk management. Secondly, this dissertation discusses the basic theory research about the concept of financial risks and the characteristics of financial leasing business. Additionally, the dissertation points out that the financial risk management can be divided into three stages:the stage of risk identification, risk assessment and the analysis of cash flow. Thirdly, chapter three mainly talk about the identification about D company’s financial risks, by using three kinds of quantitative analysis method, which are Z value model, financial ratios analysis, and the cash flow analysis. Finally, chapter four summarizes the three methods of financial risk management, and gives some constructive suggestions of financial risk management on the basis of the financial risk identification and the evaluation of D company.The meaning of this research is to better understand the financial risk management of the certain target companies by thoroughly analyzing the case of D company, and thereby offer advices about financial risks management of the financial leasing industry.
