Rail transit,as a green,comfortable and fast mode of transportation,has been widely recognized as a driving force for the economy,and is conducive to sustainable development.It can effectively alleviate environmental pollution,resource waste and road congestion caused by the rapid development of cities,and is favored by all countries and regions in the world.Although there will be a certain increase in the annual demand for rail passenger vehicles in the future,but with the rapid development of rail transit equipment manufacturing enterprises at home and abroad,the capacity of rail passenger vehicles is still larger than the demand.Therefore,the production and r&d of China's rail transit equipment manufacturing industry will still face huge challenges.CK company,as a leading enterprise in the rail transit equipment manufacturing industry in China,is in a dilemma of being big but not strong.In recent years,the company has expanded the does not bring significant economic benefits,the reason is that the company has been mainly adopt the mode of extensive economic growth,by a large increase in factors of production(including people,equipment,site,etc.)to expand the size of the enterprise,the main characteristics for the production of high material consumption,high production cost,but not to improve product quality,bring to the company with low economic benefits,in the same industry competitiveness is not strong.Nowadays,the products of CK company mainly focus on high-speed railway.The high-end products make the extensive economic growth not suitable for the company's development,so the economic growth mode of CK company needs to be changed to intensive one.Based on CK company truck assembly workshop as the research object,mainly from workshop layout,production planning management,workshop material management,production process control from four aspects,the research of bogie assembly workshop production management,through to the present situation,find the problems existing in the production process and analyze the causes of problems and design the corresponding improvement program.First,through the use of the concept of the station system metrically production,the layout of the workshop was optimized to eliminate the bottleneck process,make the assembly line balance,improve the efficiency of the operation.Secondly,the MES(Manufacturing Execution System)is combined with the company's original SAP(System Applications and Products)to make the workshop's production plan more reasonable and the production information more timely and accurate,so as to achieve visual management.Thirdly,the design scheme of pull material distribution mode is proposed to realize the objective of timely,accurate and economical material management in the workshop.Finally,in the aspect of production process control,three kinds of quality control methods are added,namely,quality door,first piece inspection and process milestone,so as to control the whole process of production by using "quality door-milestone-control point".The intelligent bolt tightening system is introduced to monitor and trace the process of bolt tightening and standardize the tool management.In terms of on-site environmental control,5S management has been improved to improve the on-site working environment,improve work efficiency and reduce the incidence of major accidents.Through the improvement of the above problems,the quality and utilization efficiency of production factors in the bogie assembly workshop are improved,so as to achieve low production consumption,low cost,high quality and high efficiency,realize the economic growth of thecompany,facilitate the company's transformation,and improve the company's industrial competitiveness.
