Academia's research on deviant innovation has just begun, and related research has mainly focused on organizational and individual aspects.Empirical research on the antecedent dependent variable of aberrant innovation is the trend of academia research. Therefore,in the study of aberrant innovation behavior, team factors and leadership factors have been introduced, focusing on leadership style.Among them, paternalistic leadership is a typical product of traditional oriental culture and is applicable to Chinese organizations. At present, there are few empirical studies on the influence of paternalistic leadership on employees' off-track innovation behavior. For the study of leadership behavior in the Chinese context,we must pay attention to interpersonal strategies, especially the role of superior and subordinate relations in the process. In view of this, superior and subordinate relations help to better understand the leadership and employees in the Chinese context. The interaction methods and results of behaviors,so the relationship between superiors and subordinates is introduced as an intermediary variable to study how paternalistic leadership affects employees' off-track innovation behavior. At the same time, power distance is usually an important factor that regulates the relationship between leadership behavior and subordinate performance. In this way,the perception of the power distance perception of employees as a variable with a strong Chinese culture is introduced into the research framework, and power distance perception is introduced as a moderating variable.Try to explore the influence of employee power distance perception on the relationship between paternalistic leadership and transgressive innovation behavior.Based on the cultural background of our country, based on the theory of social identity theory,we intend to conduct empirical research on the relationship between paternalistic leadership, subordinate relationships, employee power distance perception, and employee out-of-track innovation behavior, aiming to reveal the impact of employees The mechanism of deviant innovation behavior provides the organization with scientific guidance for employees to enhance their core competitiveness and provides appropriate management suggestions for building a harmonious organizational atmosphere. The research mainly includes three aspects: First,it explores how paternalistic leadership affects employees 'off-track innovation behaviors, thereby enriching the research on the relationship between leadership styles and employees' off-track innovation behaviors.Second,it examines how subordinate relationships affect paternalistic leadership and employees.Innovative behaviors play an intermediary role.Third,it examines how employees 'perception of power distance regulates the relationship between paternalistic leadership and employees' off-track innovation behaviors. The following main conclusions are drawn:(1)Paternalistic leadership significantly affects employees' off-track innovation behavior. The impact of benevolent leadership on employees' off-track innovation behavior is significantly positive;the virtue leadership has a significant positive impact on employees' off-track innovation behavior;authoritarian leadership has a significant negative impact on employees' off-track innovation behavior.(2)The relationship between superiors and subordinates has played a significant mediating effect between paternalistic leadership and employee deviance innovation. The superior-subordinate relationship plays a part of the mediating role between the three leadership styles of kindness, virtue, and authoritarianism and employees' deviance and innovation.(3)The perception of employee power distance plays a negative role in mediating the relationship between superiors and subordinates between paternalistic leadership and transgressive innovation.Perceived power distance perception of employees plays a negative mediating role on benevolent leaders and employees' out-of-range innovation behavior;Perceived power distance perception of employees plays a negative mediating role on ethics leadership and employee's out-of-range innovation behaviors;employee power Distance perception plays a negative regulating role on the mediating role of authoritarian leaders and employees' transgressive innovation.
