Study On The Optimization Of The Relationship Between Human And Land In The Deep Poverty Villages At The South Foot Of Daxinganling

The relationship between man and earth is the core of geography research.As the core soul and theoretical cornerstone of geographical research,the regional system of human land relationship is an important principle to implement the global sustainable development strategy and circular economy strategy.The optimal regulation of human land relationship directly determines the success or failure of global and regional sustainable development.Poverty is a major concern of the country and even the world.The current stage is the end of the major project of "targeted poverty alleviation and targeted poverty alleviation",the initial stage of the strategy of "Rural Revitalization",and the key stage of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way in China.B Gacha in Horqin Right Wing Middle Banner is one of the 14 extremely poor areas in Dalian.It is a deep poverty Gacha in the southern foothills of Daxinganling Mountains.It is a farming pastoral area and a minority area.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to reveal the causes of poverty in this area and to solve the existing problems.In this context,first of all,this paper takes the calculation of profit and loss balance operation scale as the main research method,and takes the calculation formula of profit and loss balance operation scale in pastoral areas as reference,and puts forward the calculation formula of profit and loss balance operation scale suitable for semi-agricultural and semi pastoral areas.Through the statistical analysis method,the data obtained from BGA investigation and in-depth interviews are sorted out and summarized to determine the profit and loss balance operation scale According to the calculation,the profit and loss balance operation scale of B Gacha in Keerqin Right Wing Middle Banner is 12.92 mu per capita cultivated land and 25 sheep per unit livestock.Based on the results of in-depth interviews,146 households were classified into relative poor households,marginal households,well-off households and rich households,and their economic status and differences were analyzed.Secondly,based on the theory of regional system of human land relationship,the theory of sustainable development and the theory of system,this paper analyzes the causes of relative poverty from five aspects: natural environment,population,the combination of planting and animal husbandry,land use mode and disaster,and concludes that B Gacha regional system of human land relationship(human cultivated land grassland planting animal husbandry system)Malignant operation.The main performance is as follows:(1)In terms of natural geographical factors,for a Gacha area,many natural factors are the same,but there is a certain gap in the nature of cultivated soil and topography.The natural condition of cultivated land of poor households is lower than that of rich households.In terms of per capita cultivated land area,the number of rich households to poor households decreased in turn.But in terms of cultivated land,although the quality,output and area of poor households are lower than those of other households,there is little difference,which can not be the fatal cause of poverty.And for B Gacha,the per capita cultivated land area is fixed.In the limited cultivated land area,it is impossible to get rid of poverty through planting.By contrast,compared with the per capita sheep unit livestock,the results show that the per capita sheep unit livestock of the rich households is 5.3 times that of the poor households,that is to say,the source of income for the rich households is the number of livestock.Based on the above situation,B Gacha,right wing Middle Banner of Horqin,can’t get rid of poverty through planting,and developing animal husbandry is the best choice to get rid of poverty.(2)Population: first of all,in terms of aging,all the rich households are seriously aging,while the poor households and marginal households are more seriously aging,exceeding the Gacha average.In terms of the population with labor capacity,the proportion of the population with labor capacity from poor households to rich households increased in turn,while the number of the population with the highest consumption,such as the children under the age of 60,the students in school and the population without labor capacity under the age of 60,decreased in turn.In terms of the education level of the labor force,from the poor to the rich,it has been improved in turn.Generally speaking,the aging population,the low education level of labor force and the high consumption population with no labor capacity lead to the poverty of farmers and herdsmen.Therefore,the Gacha needs to pay attention to education.In the long run,it needs to increase the intensity of compulsory education so that school-age children can receive the education they should have.For the current situation,we need to increase the training of farmers and herdsmen in various technical skills and legal education,and the selection of local college students,returnees,and rich experts with high education level.(3)In terms of the combination of farming and animal husbandry,B Gacha,the right wing Middle Banner of Horqin,is the most suitable for the combination of farming and animal husbandry,and animal husbandry as the main farming supplemented by the most ideal state.Planting alone can not close the gap between the rich and the poor,and can not get rid of poverty.Based on this reality,GaZha needs to adjust the industrial structure between planting and animal husbandry,cooperate with farmland and grassland,and vigorously develop secondary and tertiary industries on this basis,so as to drive farmers and herdsmen to achieve poverty alleviation and prosperity.(4)In 2015-2017,three consecutive years of disasters intensified the poverty of farmers and herdsmen.We should adopt the mechanism of planting and livestock insurance,take the road of cooperation,and improve the ability of farmers and herdsmen to resist disasters.
