Along with the rapid development of information technology,China’s entry into the mobile Internet era,in the field of culture,the Internet has become the audience access to information of main channel of information and cultural entertainment,and Internet culture content industry become the most dynamic and developing the cultural industry in our country to drive into the role of the industry,and become one of the top of the network game industry,the size of the market the world’s first,the overall research and development ability of the world’s leading.However,the lack of academic research on the online game industry has become a shortcoming in the research of China’s cultural industry.The online game industry has developed for nearly 20 years in China.While meeting the cultural needs of consumers,it has created significant economic value and formed a complete industrial chain with online game products as the core.At present,the market scale and the number of users of online games in China are increasing steadily,and the industrial pattern shows the development trend of "oligopoly leading,large and small living beings".Based on the development status of the online game industry and the basic principles of the production and management of cultural products,this paper systematically sorts out and theoretically summarizes the production and management mode of online game products in China.This paper analyzes the two modes of independent research and development and authorized production in current online game production and operation in China,and clarifies the role positioning among online game product service providers,product operators and sellers.Summarize the precision marketing,integrated marketing,word of mouth marketing and overseas marketing of online game enterprises based on big data technology;Analyze the live broadcasting industry,esports industry and pan-entertainment cross-border cooperation around game IP in online game extension products;In view of the problems of low content quality,weak copyright consciousness and excessive emphasis on economic benefits in online games in China,this paper tries to put forward some countermeasures to strengthen and improve government management,strengthen the self-discipline of online games industry and enterprises.This research through the network game product production and operation mode of summarization,tries to reveal the network game of the new industry form the general rule of the production and business operation and development,hoping to further development of the industry to provide successful experiences and theoreticalguidance,at the same time,the academic system of the cultural industry research is more perfect and rich,make up for the inadequacy of the network game industry research.
