Excellent enterprise is an urgent need for knowledge sharing for information between communication. There is an urgent need for each employee to actively participate in corporate innovation and for each employee to show their ideas. There studies to show that to create a fair atmosphere and to enhance the psychological safety of staff will promote employee voice behavior. The influencing factors of psychological safety in different context of organizational justice is still in the exploratory stage. This article will use the empirical research methods to study the impact of organizational justice on the psychological safety of employee, and study the resulting impact on the voice behavior of employee.On the basis of a great amount of related documents, the use of questionnaires to explore the relationship among organizational justice, psychological safety and voice behavior. Frist determine the research tools, summarize the concepts and models of organizational justice, psychological safety and voice behavior. Long Lirong and Liu Ya have suggested that organizational justice includes four dimensions, which are distributive justice, procedural justice, leadership justice and information justice. Tynan has suggested that psychological safety includes two dimensions, which is self-psychological safety and psychological safety of others. Wang Erbo has suggested that voice behavior includes two dimensions, which is make suggestions and point out mistakes. In this dissertation,604employees have answered the questionnaire about organizational justice, psychological safety and voice behavior. In this paper, descriptive and statistical analysis, T test, one factor analysis of variance, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis method have been used to explore the organizational justice, employee psychological safety and employee voice behavior.The conclusions are followed:(1) Organizational justice has a significant positive effect to psychological safety. Procedural justice has a significant positive effect to psychological safety. Leadership justice has a significant positive effect to psychological safety. Information justice has a significant positive effect to psychological safety.(2)Organizational justice has a significant positive effect to employee voice behavior.(3)Employee psychological safety has a significant positive effect to employee voice behavior.(4)Employee psychological safety has an intermediary role between the organizational justice and employee voice behavior. Employee psychological safety has an intermediary role between the procedural justice and employee voice behavior. Employee psychological safety has an intermediary role between the leadership justice and employee voice behavior. Employee psychological safety has an intermediary role between the information justice and employee voice behavior.
