In the era of knowledge economy,the competition between Banks is increasingly showing the competition of soft power.As an indispensable and important component of the soft power of commercial Banks,human resources are increasingly valued by bank management,and are also the foundation of the sustained and rapid development of enterprises.More and more Banks attach great importance to the training and education of employees,and set up their own training institutions to form education and training brands with different characteristics and advantages,making education and training an important lever to promote the implementation of strategy and the deep cultivation of culture.In particular,with the continuous change of financial environment and the continuous development of modern commercial Banks,the traditional training management system can no longer meet the objective requirements of rapid business development for the improvement of the quality of the whole bank's team,and the optimization design of the staff training system is imminent.How to optimize the staff training of CD rural commercial bank and improve the overall comprehensive quality of the staff has become an important topic for the current development of CD rural commercial bank.This paper uses literature research,questionnaire survey and interviews and other research methods,through the bank of the existing personnel interview and questionnaire survey,collect relevant information,study CD rural commercial bank staff training the existing problems,combining with the bank of the current internal and external environment,the bank staff training system optimization are put forward Suggestions and countermeasures,the purpose is to provide reference for policy makers,for CD rural commercial bank provide effective talent support and guarantee for steady and rapid development,also for other city commercial bank's training work.Research shows that:(1)the lack of strategic resources of training management system,training system is incomplete,lack of perfect training operations system,participation and training support system has not yet formed is CD agri-businesses problems of bank staff training system,this should be targeted on CD agri-businesses bank staff training problem analysis,formulate corresponding strategies.(2)using the four essential factors of employee training system model,the optimization of training resources management system,training system,training operating process,the aspects of a comprehensive system of intensive training support to CD agri-businesses bank staff training system for optimization,can effectively solve the problem of CD agri-businesses bank staff training,and to shape good CD agri-businesses bank culture,cultivating talents,more comprehensive quality for the development of CD agri-businesses bank to provide power.
