The development of economic globalization, regional economic integration, and the level of international trade liberalization have made the trade links between countries closer and closer, and reduced the blocking effect of tariff barriers on trade. But,the great differences between countries in terms of infrastructure quality, customs environment and domestic regulatory environment have increased trade costs. This hidden trade barrier, which is different from tariffs, has gradually become an important factor hindering the development of international trade. The World Trade Organization(WTO)proposed the concept of trade facilitation firstly in1996.Improving the level of trade facilitation has become the consensus of all countries to realize trade development.By improving the level of trade facilitation and reducing trade costs, the development of trade between countries will be further improved.China is a big manufacturing country, and its exports have always accounted 80%-90% of China’s total export volume. The export of manufactured goods is an important indicator to measure a country’s manufacturing level. In the trade with other BRICS countries, manufactured goods account for about 10%.As an emerging economy,BRICS countries hold an important position in the current development of the world economy. Therefore,it is of great significance for China’s international trade development to study how the level of trade facilitation affects China’s export of manufactured goods to other BRICS countries. After sorting out the relevant documents, this paper analyzes the current situation of China’s exports of manufactured goods to other BRICS countries from two aspects of the overall trade situation and trade structure. Then build a comprehensive system to measure the trade facilitation level of each country by selecting four primary indicators and thirteen secondary indicators. The trade facilitation level of BRICS countries is calculated and the measured trade facilitation level is introduced into the expanded trade gravity model as one of the explanatory variables. And then carry out regression analysis. Then,it studies the influence of trade facilitation level on China’s export of manufactured goods to other BRICS countries by using regression analysis. Finally, this paper summarizes the relevant conclusions. The results show that trade facilitation’s coefficient is the largest among the explanatory variables. On the unchanged premise, the level of trade facilitation will increase by 1%,and China’s exports of manufactured goods to other BRICS countries will increase by 0.409%.The four primary indicators of trade facilitation level have a positive impact on China’s exports of manufactured goods to other BRICS countries.POR and ELEC have the most obvious impact on China’s exports of manufactured goods to other BRICS countries.
