Research On The Development Of Xinmi City New Urbanization In Henan Province

Regional urbanization is the locomotive of the regional economic development.Due to historical, social, economic and other reasons, there are two structures inurban and rural areas in the process of our country’s urbanization development.There is a huge gap between urban and rural areas in economic development,infrastructure construction, resource allocation, environmental governance andpublic service, Epitaxial urbanization development model that has become astumbling block to prevent regional modernization. In the past, the developmentmodel of urbanization one-sided focus on the city scale, ignoring the developmentquality, leading to ecological, environmental, resource pressure highlights. It shouldbe new urbanization road to go which urban and rural is social harmony, ecologicaland livable in The State Council on the guiding opinions support to accelerate theconstruction of the Central Plains Economic Area in Henan Province. National newurbanization planning (2014-2020years) is explicitly proposed to go China featurenew urbanization road, and comprehensively improve the quality of urbanization. Inthis background, this paper analyzes the current situation of urbanization in XinmiCity, builds the evaluation index system of urbanization level, estimates the actuallevel of development of new urbanization in Xinmi City, explores the rules andcharacteristics of the development model of urbanization in Xinmi City, finds outdeficiency in the development of new urbanization in Xinmi City, and puts forwardfeasible countermeasures and suggestions to push the urbanization construction.This paper is divided into four chapters, the first chapter is the introduction part,introduces the research background, significance and research at home and abroad.The second chapter is the analysis part, based on the brief introduction on thebackground of urban development of Xinmi, analyzes Xinmi new urbanizationdevelopment present situation from the population urbanization, economyurbanization, social urbanization, space urbanization and environment urbanizationfive dimensions. The third chapter is the analysis of the problem during the development of new urbanization in Xinmi city. Using the comprehensive evaluationmodel based on analytic hierarchy process, constructs new urbanization levelcomprehensive evaluation index system, and uses population, economy, society andenvironment, space urbanization two level indexes and17three level to estimatenew urbanization development level of2008-2012in Xinmi City, through theanalysis of the evaluation results, founds the city of Xinmi new urbanization isfacing the problem of industrial structure is not rational, industry and city separationseriously,the public service level is low, the policy system is not perfect etc.. Thefourth chapter is on the basis of the above analysis, puts forward countermeasure andsuggestion of promoting new urbanization level of Xinmi City, such as acceleratesthe development of urban and rural public service equalization process, throughscientific planning to upgrade product development level, and further optimizes theindustrial structure, promotes the transformation and upgrading of industry, reformsand improves the new urbanization mechanism, and so on.
