Research On The Choice Of Leading Industries In Hubei Province Based On Modern Industrial System

After China’s economy has entered the new normal,the mode of economic growth has changed quietly,and it is changing from speed-benefit type to quality-benefit type.For the high-quality development of regional economy,the optimization and adjustment of industrial structure is particularly important.The leading industry is not only related to the enhancement of regional comprehensive economic strength,but also conducive to promoting the optimization of regional industrial structure.As a province with more developed economy in the central region,Hubei Province is adapting to the development trend of modern economy and constructing a modern industrial system dominated by modern agriculture,modern industry and modern service industry.How to choose the right leading industry will become the key.This paper re-examines the industrial structure of Hubei Province from the perspective of modern industrial system.Through the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods,the three industries in Hubei Province are selected as the leading industries,and the specific leading industries and countermeasures for their development are given.This paper is divided into six chapters to discuss how to choose the leading industries in Hubei Province from the perspective of modern industrial system.The first chapter explains the background and significance of the research questions,and summarizes the research results at home and abroad.At the same time,it explains the research methods,research contents,research ideas and innovations of the research.The second chapter defines and combs the relevant concepts and theories of the modern industrial system and the regional leading industries,and then analyzes the evolution law of the leading industries under the modern industrial system.The third chapter analyzes the status quo of industrial development in Hubei Province from three aspects: economic profile,industrial structure,and regional economic development differences.The fourth chapter first establishes the index system of leading industry selection according to relevant benchmarks,and then constructs the leading industry selection model of comparative analysis method,principal component analysis method and entropy weight method for Hubei primary industry,industry and tertiary industry respectively.The fifth chapter uses the established method model to empirically analyze the leading industry choices in Hubei Province and draws corresponding conclusions.The sixth chapter puts forward six countermeasures and suggestions on how to promote the leading industry in Hubei Province to become bigger,stronger and better: to plan and strengthen the leading industrial cluster,make full use of the industrial park to develop leading industries,and take the manufacturing as the core to enhance the competitiveness of leading industries.Drive by innovation to promote the deep integration of industry,academia and research in leading industries,give play to the penetration of information technology into the industry,and promote mergers and acquisitions to increase the concentration of leading industries.Finally,the shortcomings of this paper are summarized.Based on the empirical analysis of the construction of modern industrial system in Hubei Province,this paper concludes that the leading industries of the three industries in Hubei Province are:(1)In the primary industry,the agricultural leading industry is Beidou Modern Agriculture formed by the Beidou application system plus grain,rapeseed,tea,peanut and citrus industries;the leading industry of animal husbandry is e-commerce plus bee and egg industry and The e-commerce industry chain formed by its related processing service industry;the fishery leading industry is an export trade industrial chain formed by export trade plus freshwater crayfish and crabs and their corresponding processing services.(2)The leading industries in the secondary industry are the new energy automobile manufacturing industry chain,the “big health” industry group,the optoelectronic communication and integrated circuit industry group,the general equipment and the special equipment manufacturing industry group.(3)The leading industries in the tertiary industry are the Internet finance industry,the modern logistics warehousing industry system,and the knowledge technology service industry cluster.
