Along with the rapid development of Chinese economy and the improvement of scientific and technological level,demands of people are becoming more and more diversified and personalized.To meet the demands,the speed of product update and iteration is accelerating,which produces a lot of used-products.Nowadays,people's ecological and environmental awareness is deepening,and people pay increasing attention to recycling and remanufacturing of used-products.In the fierce market competition environment,the key to the survival of a enterprise is whether its product quality is recognized by the market.Therefore,the foundation of highly performance enterprises is customer-driven quality.In addition to capacity resources of an enterprise,human resources as one of the important resources of the quality management system have a great impact on the quality of product production.However,with the development of China's economy,the problems of low quality of logistics employees begin to appear gradually,which restricts the pace of cost reduction and efficiency increase of enterprises.Operators and managers directly related to the quality of products must have the awareness of quality and safety and the ability to complete the tasks they undertake.Therefore,the input of human resources will affect the efficiency creation of enterprises.How to optimize human resource,enhance internal employee satisfaction,improve product quality and service quality,enhance customer satisfaction and purchase desire,and bring higher profits to the enterprise and the whole closed-loop logistics are the key issues to improve the market competitiveness of enterprises.This thesis takes employee training investment as a breakthrough point,aims at the growth of enterprise profits,mainly studies the impact of employee training input on closed-loop logistics.The closed-loop logistics concept model based on employee training input is constructed to provide ideas for the subsequent model construction.Then,based on the theoretical basis of closed-loop logistics,human resources management,system dynamics and so on,using Vensim PLE software,the closed-loop logistics system dynamics model based on employee training investment and the closed-loop logistics system dynamics model with recovery detection error based on employee training investment are constructed,and the model is tested respectively,which verifies the validity and rationality of the model.The model is simulated.The closed-loop logistics model based on employee training investment mainly analyzes the impact of different employee training investment on the profits of each member of the closed-loop logistics.At the same time,a sensitivity analysis is performed,and constructs the revenue sharing mechanism for the uneven distribution of profits in the closed-loop logistics.Research shows that appropriate staff training investment is conducive to improving the quality level of remanufactured products.The increase in the quality level of remanufactured products will increase the market demand rate,and ultimately affect the profits of collector,disassembly center and remanufacturer.The profit trend has stabilized after showing large fluctuations at the beginning.The simulation of the contract model shows that when the share ratio is in the range of [0.03,0.22),it can effectively coordinate the profit distribution,reduce the profit difference between members in the closed-loop logistics,encourage work enthusiasm of each member,improve the effective operation of the closed-loop logistics,increase the profit of the each members and the profit of the entire closed-loop logistics.By simulating a closed-loop logistics model with recovery detection errors based on employee training investment research shows that: collector strengthen employee training investment in a reasonable range [0,3],which is helpful to improve the accuracy of recovery detection and reduce the error rate of recovery detection.This will increase the profit of collector,the profit of dismantling centers and the profit of remanufacturer.Under the profit sharing contract mechanism,the profit distribution of each member can be effectively adjusted,and when the sharing ratio is 0.14,the profit gap between the collector and the remanufacturer is the smallest,which is conducive to the development of closed-loop logistics.
