Along with the rapid development of social economy,pharmaceutical logistics are faced with higher regulation requirements and cost pressure.Although some pharmaceutical enterprises in our country are learning from foreign advanced logistics management experience,it is difficult to break through the restriction of traditional logistics management.In recent years,foreign pharmaceutical companies have experienced a series of changes in internal and external environment,such as strict compliance supervision,implementation of the two-invoice policy and new regulation of GSP(Good Supply Practise)one after another,and price reduction of after being listed under NRDL(National Reimbursement Drug List).Under the new situation,on the one hand,foreign pharmaceutical companies are faced with more stringent regulations and operational requirements,on the other hand,due to factors such as drug price reduction and logistics cost increase,foreign pharmaceutical companies are also faced with enormous cost pressure.In the past few decades,in order to reduce costs and reduce waste,other industries have implemented lean thinking and achieved good results.For those foreign-invested pharmaceutical companies that have too complicated processes and high operating costs,it is urgent to introduce lean thinking and reduce waste.This paper takes R pharmaceutical company's cold chain logistics as the research object,and studies the warehousing management and distribution management of it.In terms of warehousing management,it focuses on two aspects,one is warehousing operation process and the other is inventory management.Through the process analysis method to find out the waste and deficiencies in the warehouse operation process,using the "just-in-time" operation and "line balance" in lean production,the scheme of reducing waste and improving the operation capacity is proposed.In view of the shortcomings in its inventory control,the quantitative ordering model(R,Q)strategy was applied,and the minimum order point and order quantity were proposed.In the aspect of distribution management,it mainly studies the selection strategy of its distribution method and the management of distribution quality.For the problem of inaccurate calculation of current distribution cost,the activitiy-based costing method is used for more detailed accounting,and a more cost-effective delivery mode selection strategy is proposed.For the problem of distribution quality,according to the "continuous improvement" factor in lean production,the "data analysis" and "structured problem analysis method" are used to propose short-term improvement plans,and at the same time propose long-term solutions.Through the above-mentioned improvement plan,the efficiency of R company cold chain logistics operation cost is improved and the compliance risk is reduced.In addition,the development of the company is inseparable from the overall development of the industry.This paper also proposes an overall improvement proposal from the perspective of the industry while proposing an optimization plan for the cold chain logisticsof R Company.
