A company is a large passenger aircraft assembly company,the company's logistics center is responsible for a series of receiving,storage,delivery and distribution of internal logistics process to arrived aircraft materials,as an important support department of assembly line,accurate and efficient internal logistics has a significant role to ensure aircraft assembly smoothly and can promote efficiency,reduce cost of the company.The current logistics center layout is completely applied to the European companies,not according to their own situation to make a reasonable layout,and the manual operation occupy larger proportion,although these have less impact,but through the process analysis,we found many problems such as the transport line is too long,too many human errors and other issues.A company is facing a major development period,ready to add a new production line and shorten the assembly cycle,how to configure the current resources to meet the development needs become a major problem to be solved.This paper uses lean logistics to break the original logistics center layout,introduce the new concept of "buffer supermarket",use RFID and SLP technology to rebuild and planning,including the design of shelves and transport line.Then from the aspects of supplier,organization,process and other aspects to optimize the overall internal logistics,based on before,finally using the process re-engineering theory to design the flow,and combined with fuzzy network analysis method to optimize the internal flow process,after evaluation the result is excellent.
