Reserch On Problems And Countermeasures Of Shijiazhuang Customs Risk Management

As the international trade environment becomes more and more unpredictable,the trade situation among China and foreign countries becomes more and more complex with the increasing risk factors that affect national security.How to establish a customs risk management model according to China's National conditions,explore efficient risk control measures,and achieve the goal of efficient supervision have always been the most important research topic for the China Customs.As the direct customs,Shijiazhuang Customs has already established risk management system centered on the risk prevention and control Bureau,however,there are still many problems in practice such as the risk management system is always in an inefficient state and the effectiveness of risk control is not satisfactory.At present,China Customs is comprehensively advancing the 2020 strategy of deepening reform,which puts forward higher requirements for the ability of customs risk management.Therefore,it is urgent to find effective countermeasures to solve the risk management problem and comprehensively improve the effectiveness of Shijiazhuang Customs risk management.This study analyzed the problems of organizational construction,communication mechanism,information transmission,prevention and control model,performance evaluation,personnel management and other aspects of the main problems of Shijiazhuang Customs and in-depth analyzed the causes of the problem using literature research,comparative research and case analysis methods based on the development of risk prevention and control work in Shijiazhuang.In view of the above problems,combined with the latest risk management theory and the advanced experience of customs risk management at home and abroad,this paper puts forward a series of specific solutions,which provide an effective way for the optimization and improvement of the customs risk management system in shijiazhuang.This article closely conforms to the actual situation of risk management in Shijiazhuang Customs,which is of great significance for improving risk prevention and control capacity and establishing a modern customs risk control system of Shijiazhuang Customs.
