Optimization Of Operation And Management Pattern Of Farmers' Cooperative Economic Organizaiton In Bazhou Xinjiang

Farmer cooperatives mainly aim to develop rural economy,improve farmers' market competitiveness and increase farmers' income through s cale operation and modern agriculture.Farmer cooperatives are organizat ions of "private,private management and benefit",which determines the particularity of its operation and management mode.In this paper,we study the Bzyingol Mongollan Autonomous as an important agricultural regions in the development of western China,restricted by various cond itions,the local rural cooperative economy is not developed,but there a re still some problems of farmer cooperatives in the actual operation an d management,performance for the organization structure is not complet e,the system is not sound,unreasonable distribution of interests.Theref ore,it is necessary to study the operation and management of farmers cooperatives in Bzyingol Mongollan Autonomous,solve the problems exi sting in the current operation and management,and realize the long-ter m and stable development of farmers' cooperatives in Bzyingol Mongoll an Autonomous.This paper studies the operation and management of farmer coopera tives in Bzyingol Mongollan Autonomous area by means of literature re search,questionnaire survey and empirical analysis.Firstly,this paper i ntroduces the basic situation of Bzyingol Mongollan Autonomous,and th en expounds the general situation of operation and management of farm er cooperatives combined with relevant data.Finally,it expounds the cu rrent situation of operation and management mode of farmer cooperative s in Bzyingol Mongollan Autonomous from multiple aspects of operation and managementSecondly,by means of questionnaire survey,the problems existing i n the operation and management of farmers' cooperatives in Bzyingol M ongollan Autonomous are identified,including imperfect institutional sys tem,single operation mode and unreasonable interest distribution.There are three reasons for these problems:one is limited by regional resour ces in Bzyingol Mongollan Autonomous;the other is the backward ideol ogy of local farmers;the third is that the quality of local talents needs to be improved.Then,it puts forward the model of Bzyingol Mongollan Autonomou s farmer cooperatives operation management optimization countermeasure s,on the basis of clear optimization ideas and goals,formulate specific optimization countermeasures,including perfecting institutional setup an d management system,including perfecting institutions set up and perfec t management system,a diversified business model,according to the cy cle of reasonable distribution of benefits;We will strengthen oversight t hrough both channelsFinally,from the policy,personnel,information,capital four aspects of security measures.The first is to provide policy support,the second is to improve the quality of talents,the third is to use information tec hnology,the fourth is to expand the source of funds...
