Research On Supervision Over Electronic Commerce In Fuzhou

In recent years,with the wide application of Internet technology,e-commerce has played an important role in driving innovation and entrepreneurship,promoting economic transformation and promoting consumption upgrading.At present,the development of e-commerce in Fuzhou has entered a period of rapid development,and the unique geographical advantage across the water from Taiwan makes Fuzhou become the hub of e-commerce trading between the two sides.More and more enterprises develop the online market through e-commerce means,which have also contributed to the economic development of Fuzhou.However,the government's relative lag in the regulation of e-commerce restricts the further development of e-commerce to a certain extent.Since2015,Fuzhou City has established the market supervision administration and its subordinate organizations to strengthen the supervision of e-commerce,and made a series of achievements.However,at the same time,further exploration and improvement are still needed in the construction of regulatory regulations and systems,regulatory content,regulatory methods,application of results and publicity and education.Based on the new public service theory and collaborative governance theory,this paper compares and analyzes the practices of e-commerce government regulation at home and abroad,and clarifies the related concepts and connotations of e-commerce regulation.Through the field visit and investigation of relevant supervision departments in Fuzhou,we can understand the current development status of the government supervision of e-commerce in Fuzhou.At present,there are problems in the supervision of e-commerce in Fuzhou,such as the difficulty in investigating and dealing with network illegal cases,the difficulty in protecting the rights of online consumption,and the difficulty in meeting the current demand for the supervision of e-commerce through technical means.Then from the construction of e-commerce supervision system,improve the efficiency of online commodity market supervision,improve the network consumer rights protection system and other aspectsto improve the service efficiency of e-commerce supervision in Fuzhou.
