At present,social development is advancing by leaps and bounds.In order to adapt to the rapidly changing economic society and enable ourselves to get more favorable development opportunities,job hopping has become commonplace.This phenomenon is also very common in the banking system.For example,the high job hopping rate represents the higher probability of the talent release from the bank,and the situation of brain drain in the bank is very serious now.Analyzing the talent system of the bank,the customer manager occupies a very important position in the talent system of the bank.The daily work of the customer manager is to expand the external business,develop new users and maintain the old customers,which means that the customer manager plays an indispensable role in the bank's business development.However,at present,the job hopping rate of customer managers in the banking system continues to rise,which brings great pressure to the development of banks.So as far as banks are concerned,how to reduce the turnover rate of customer managers,maximize their business capabilities,and realize the benign and positive development of banks are the issues that must be considered at this stage.The main determinants of turnover are salary system.A good salary system can stimulate staff's motivation,enhance staff's enthusiasm,enhance staff's stickiness,and effectively reduce turnover rate.In this paper,according to the actual development of the bank and the current salary system,the author sets up a questionnaire for the salary system of the bank according to the needs of the client manager and the relevant evaluation.According to the results of the survey,we can find that the Bank of Jiang xi pays more attention to the evaluation of the salary of the client manager,so that we can know the needs of the client manager in a timely manner.In addition,using data analysis method can intuitively reflect the deficiency of the current salary pattern of Jiang xi bank.It can help relevant personnel to make up for the targeted compensation and make the current salary system and corresponding incentive system more perfect,thereby strengthening the stickiness of the client manager.
