With modern economy and industry evolves in the last decades,intelligence property is acting more and more important role for the competitiveness of any organization in the market.Human resource is the key thing to build up intelligence property,that’s the reason why to absorb and retain talents are important to most of organizations.Meanwhile human resource is the only production factor which cannot be easily replicated unlike equipment or capital,recruiting has been endowed new meaning under new background.How to manage the recruiting tasks efficiently and hiring qualified potential talents becomes a vital campaign for modern organizations.It has been proved that the traditional recruiting concepts and methods cannot meet the demand of discriminating talents for modern organizations.The good question that the organization owners or human resource manager have to consider how to manage recruiting efficiently and maximize the talent acquisition capacity to support the organization’s strategy.The research on Competency and Competency Model is a popular topic in modern enterprise management,psychology fields.There are plenty of researches about the Competency theory and its application scenarios made by domestic academician,which usually focus on macro,human resource allocation in modern enterprise management.There is lack of researches on specific modules of competency,such as micro operation,detailed practice,how Competency Model combines with recruiting to influence business and so on.This paper focus on recruiting of human resource with based on existing researches regarding Competency Model,also analyzes the recruiting relevant issues in a Hi-Tech company named H and leverage Competency Model to resolve these issues.Eventually this paper provide a real case of leveraging Competency Model to resolve recruiting relevant problem in a specific organization,also gives positive suggestion and guidance for further research.
