In modern world, the competition among enterprises is reflected in talents competition. That how to select talents from various applicants has been particularly important. As an important mean for selecting talents, recruiting, has been paid more and more attention by enterprises. However, although many enterprises attach great emphasis on recruitment work, the actual working result is not very ideal. Some excellent talents work in a enterprise, but do not help it get outstanding achievement. There are quite a number of people who work without excellent work, which hinders development of enterprises. Herein, the recruiting link plays an important role. If the enterprise could recruit suitable employees, it can achieve great interest for the enterprise. On the contrary, without suitable employees, development of the enterprise may be severely affected.In view of the problems happening in the process of recruiting, and starting from the actual situation of enterprises, the article takes MG Company as an example to strive to explore suitable way for enterprise’s actual recruitment, help the company recruit outstanding staffs who match the position of enterprises. At the same time, it also provides a reference for other enterprises to carry out the effective recruitment.Firstly the article analyzes the present situation of MG Company in recruitment and human resource. For the four aspects of problems, the article dissects the direct root and department reasons influencing recruitment. At the same time, in order to solve these problems, combining the practical of the MG Company, the article proposes three types of enterprise competency model including core, general motors and post competency and builds enterprises recruitment system based on competency model. Accordingly, the article puts forward enterprise recruitment strategy and guaranteeing measures, and it also puts forward a real solution plan to solve the problems in recruitment suffered by the MG.
