Modern enterprise salary system plays a guiding,normative and safeguarding role in the process of enterprise development.The modern enterprise salary system takes attracting and retaining talents as its starting point,realizes its incentive function by formulating a reasonable grading evaluation system,guides employees to create profits for the enterprise while enhancing their own value;realizes internal and external fairness through a scientific evaluation system,and improves employees'salary satisfaction;the modern enterprise salary system through continuous.Perfecting and developing continuously,it plays a guarantee role in all aspects of the basic material life and spiritual and cultural life of enterprise employees.This paper combines the salary theory to analyze the current situation of the salary system of GY Mobile Company,and through the form of questionnaire survey to analyze the current situation and existing problems of the salary system of GY Mobile Company,and combines with the actual situation of GY Mobile Company,optimizes the salary system.Firstly,it elaborates the background,purpose and significance of this study.The research direction and achievements of the salary system at home and abroad are discussed.At the same time,the related concepts and theories of the salary system are elaborated and the factors affecting the salary level are enumerated.Secondly,it introduces the current situation of GY mobile company's salary system,and summarizes the main problems existing in each part of GY mobile company's salary system through the form of questionnaire survey,and carries on the reason analysis.Thirdly,aiming at the problems existing in the salary system of GY Mobile Company,this paper clarifies the corresponding design objectives and ideas,and establishes the design scheme of each component of the salary system through job analysis and evaluation.Finally,the paper puts forward the corresponding safeguard measures for the effective operation of the salary system.Through this study,the following results have been achieved:First,through the salary satisfaction survey,it clarifies a series of problems in the current salary system of GY Mobile Company,such as low satisfaction,unreasonable structure,poor incentive and fairness,and lack of non-economic salary.Secondly,on the basis of the analysis of the problems,combined with the current external environment and the actual situation of GY Mobile Company,this paper evaluates the position of GY Company,and redesigns the original direct salary and non-economic salary on this basis.Make the new salary system more standardized and scientific,at the same time more in line with the operation of GY Mobile Company and staff needs.Third,optimize the basic wage bandwidth system,increase the effect of salary incentives,and pay structure between different functional departments is more fair.Fourthly,it refines the performance appraisal mechanism,enhances the correlation between bonus and performance,and introduces the democratic evaluation and department comprehensive scoring mechanism,which is conducive to the improvement of staff's personal quality and team cooperation ability.
