With the enlargement of high net worth population size and gradually opening,the financial market system with rich product line and professional services for third party wealth management company received high net worth population wide attention and recognition.X wealth Shenyang branch is a comprehensive independent wealth management institution integrating a variety of financial product marketing and family trust services.Over the years,the company has maintained a good momentum of development,and the changing market demand also poses new challenges to the company.This paper studies the marketing strategies of third-party wealth management institutions to provide guidance for Shenyang branch to expand its market share and provide solutions for the development of the industry.Firstly,this paper summarizes and analyzes the domestic and foreign research literature on wealth management industry.Such institutions in China are still in the development stage,and can learn from the experience of foreign product marketing and service mode.Secondly,introduce the development and characteristics of domestic wealth management industry,and find the theoretical basis for solving its marketing strategy.Analyze the present situation of Shenyang branch marketing find marketing problems,from the aspects of personnel,sales promotion strategy and customer demand analyze the cause of the problem.The internal and external environment of X wealth Shenyang branch was analyzed to find solutions in terms of macro policies,Shenyang economy and competitive environment.Finally,Apply STP theory and adopt different target market strategy to locate the market and target customers.According to the actual situation of Shenyang branch,formulate marketing strategy from product,promotion and service aspects.The thesis mainly adjusts the product strategy from the customization,the combination configuration idea.The promotion aspect establishes the activity feedback mechanism,strengthens after the activity customer tracking and the promotion time efficiency.We will build a value-added service system to make marketing services more standardized.Strengthen cooperation with financial institutions to promote scale growth.Adjust the reasonable organizational structure,control marketing efficiency,build an efficient talent team and manage,comprehensively improve the marketing level and ability of Shenyang Branch,and ensure the implementation of marketing strategies.
