With the continuous improvement of the social and economic level,China's logistics industry has also developed rapidly. In recent years, modern logistics has become a hot topic in people's lives. With the rise of the logistics industry,a large number of logistics enterprises have emerged, and the logistics industry has developed rapidly, which of course has also made the industry more competitive. Then, how to achieve longer-term development in a highly competitive environment, how to build a transportation network that is more in line with the needs of the times and society, especially to build a suitable,efficient,low-cost trunk transportation network, and efficient use of existing resources is the current logistics enterprise.Urgent needs. This paper mainly takes the mainline transportation network of Company A in Guangdong Province as the research object.Due to the unbalanced economic development in China, the demand for cargo transportation between regions is not balanced. In Company A,because the volume of freight in the distribution room is not balanced, the cost of selecting the existing contract car is too high.Generally,Company A will hire an outside car, which is slightly lower than the cost of using the contract car. However, blindly using the outside car, causing the vehicle to flow out in one direction, the difficulty in the dispatching of the vehicle when the cargo volume suddenly increases makes the problem of the explosion of the warehouse worse. It is not a long-term solution to rely too much on the outside. Therefore, this article will increase the number of vehicles in the transfer line between the company's mainline transportation, and reduce the transportation cost of goods that cannot be satisfied by the company's mainline transportation. The path is optimized. This paper first introduces the overall market situation and competition development of the logistics industry, and gives a targeted explanation of the basic situation and existing problems of Company A.It expounds the necessity and importance of studying the optimization problem of the regional trunk logistics transportation network of Company A.According to the research needs, from the two aspects of the logistics transportation network optimization site selection problem and the service network design problem, the existing research situation is summarized, and the research results of the vehicle routing problem and the logistics transportation network structure optimization problem are summarized and found. The research direction of this paper is proposed. From the logistics network, the basic theory of cargo transportation network and the related concepts and characteristics of the cargo trunk transportation network, the theoretical foundation is laid. Then it describes the operation status of the company's trunk transportation network, describes the basic situation of the company's trunk transportation network, the operation process of the trunk transportation network, and analyzes the network structure of the cargo transportation and related costs. Finally,it analyzes the operation of Company A and the situation of A company's trunk transportation network in Guangdong Province, constructs an optimization model, and adopts a heuristic algorithm to re-select the stoppage point of a one-way fully loaded vehicle in the distribution of trunk transportation.Finding a lower-cost car line, calculating transportation costs, and comparing the cost of A's actual operating plan, found that the total cost savings rate was 21.5%.Due to the complexity of the trunk transportation network, many points that need to be considered in detail have not been analyzed in a very specific way, such as the capacity of the distribution point, the division of the distribution circle, etc.are not taken into account. This can be used as a future direction.
