The Optimization Of Imported Passenger Vehicle Multimodal Transportation Network Considering Quality Risk Transmitting

With the expansion of passenger vehicle market and the steady progress of multimodal transport policy,multimodal transport has been gradually applied in the process of passenger vehicle transport.Under the influence of the policy of GB1589,the shortage of capacity in the road transportation market for passenger vehicles has taken place.Multimodal transport has become an effective measure to deal with this problem.However,due to the immature network of multimodal transport in China,there are still several problems,such as long delivery times,improper combination of transport modes,lack of system planning etc.In addition,quality risk control of imported passenger vehicle is very necessary because of its high value.In the dissertation,the research object is the imported passenger vehicle multimodal transport network,and the scope of research is limited to the process from foreign OEMs to domestic dealers,with emphasis on the influences of service quality risk and product quality risk.First of all,the author carried out a detailed analysis of the research object from four aspects:connotation,characteristics,structure and influencing factors.Secondly,based on the actual data of a large Imported Passenger Vehicle Trading Enterprise,this dissertation identifies the service quality and product quality risk factors of imported passenger vehicle intermodal transport and analyzes the transmission mechanism of risk factors using Bayesian network.Thirdly,a multi-objective integer programming model including three objective functions of cost,service quality risk and product quality risk is constructed by introducing virtual nodes to connect Bayesian network with imported passenger vehicle multimodal transport network.Finally,the dissertation uses Python software to analyze the actual data of a large Imported Passenger Vehicle Trading Enterprise.The paper analyzes the combination and optimization of transportation route selection and transportation mode combination under single-objective decision and multi-objective decision.
