In the marketing process of apparel/footwear products with increasing market competitors,the value of salesmen directly affects the sales volume and brand image of enterprises' products,and ultimately transforms into the market competitiveness of enterprises.Therefore,through effective incentives to stimulate sales personnel to play the value of human resources,is one of the long-term concerns of all parties.WangJia Company is a famous garment and footwear production and sales enterprise headquartered in Nanjing.Its main market service covers Jiangsu Province and faces the whole country.In the process of the development of WangJia Company,there is a certain gap between the motivation of sales staff and the expectations of staff,both in strength and content.Therefore,at present,the turnover rate of employees in Sales Department of WangJia Company is relatively high,and the growth of business performance of the Department is relatively weak.This paper uses case analysis,questionnaire survey,induction and deduction and other methods to analyze the current situation of sales incentive system in Sales Department of WangJia Company,discusses the existing problems and puts forward countermeasures.On the one hand,this study can summarize and sort out the theoretical results of previous studies.On the other hand,this study can promote WangJia Company to improve the level of human resources incentive in sales department.It can also provide some methodological and suggestions for other researchers when discussing human resources incentive in sales department.The research shows that there are some problems in the incentive system of the Sales Department of Wangjia company,such as the mismatch between post salary and payment,the weak strengthening effect of performance appraisal,the lack of spiritual incentive content,and the imperfect development incentive system.The existence of the above problems restricts the role of the sales incentive system of Wangjia company.The reasons for the problems in the incentive system of the salesmen in the Sales Department of Wangjia company lie in the imperfection of the salary system,the imperfection of the reward and punishment mechanism,the lack of scientific incentive cognition and the lack of effective incentive and supervision measures.The overall idea of the optimization of the incentive system for the salesmen of Wangjia company is: Based on the realization of the marketing goal of Wangjia company,and under the premise of obeying the development strategy and basic human resource management requirements of the enterprise,further improve the level of multi-dimensional incentive such as material,spiritual and professional development,so as to improve the incentive satisfaction of the salesmen and thus react on the marketing ability of the company Overall improvement of strength.At the same time,we should follow the principle of strategy in line with the principle of balancing the interests of enterprises and employees,and the principle of overall incentive.Therefore,we can improve it from the following aspects: material incentive optimization,spiritual incentive optimization,performance appraisal incentive optimization,career development incentive optimization and so on.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the incentive optimization improvement measures,Wangjia company also needs to build the implementation guarantee measures of the incentive system optimization measures,which need to be improved from the aspects of strengthening the organizational support of enterprises,strengthening the financial support of enterprises,optimizing the logistics service,strengthening the personnel support and so on.
