Oil sales as monopolistic competition in the industry,the development of abundant capital and strong ability to support the various giant expand the market,for oil sales companies,however,in the cruel market competition to obtain and maintain competitive advantage,and achieve the strategic goals of the enterprise,full development,the enterprise human resources is the key.And personnel incentive enterprise human resources management activities in top priority.In this paper,based on the specific case to SH oil sales company incentive compensation system as the research subject,the first is based on the literature review of domestic and foreign relevant theory,on the basis of combing the theoretical framework of this study and previous research direction and focus,and then combined with the actual case of SH through questionnaire of oil sales company salary system implementation present situation and existing problems are analyzed,and finally based on the specific situation of the case,a set of incentive compensation plan to adapt to the enterprise internal and external development environment.In the study found that SH oil sales companies pay system problems are as follows:(1)compensation system lack of thinking;(2)lack of incentive salary distribution system;(3)performance evaluation index system is not perfect;(4)compensation system the external competitiveness and strategic match enough.In petrochemical SH company salary incentive system design,under the guidance of the overall goal of follows the incentive principle,fair principle,the principle of competitive,strategic guiding principle,economy principle,optimize the SH sales of the company's incentive compensation system design,will pay and performance,and in view of the system implementation problems that should be paid attention to in the process of recommendations,puts forward the incentive compensation system the smooth implementation of the related supporting measures.
