Research On The Key Link And Of The Preliminary Development Of The Maker Space Project

With the implementation of the strategy of "mass entrepreneurship,mass innovation",maker space has become one of the hot spots of economic and social development.The construction scale and total number of maker spaces across the country are growing rapidly.The prophase development of maker space plays an important role in the sustainable operation of the project.At present,some of the maker space projects lack of understanding of the key links in the early development and make mistakes in decision-making,which makes it difficult for the subsequent operation of the project,or even the whole project fails.Therefore,it is of great practical significance and practical value to systematically study and evaluate the key links in the early development of maker space,analyze and refine the existing universal problems,and clarify the solutions.The main idea of this paper is "determine the research object-find common problems-establish development path-Case Analysis-research conclusion".In the process of writing this paper,the author has read hundreds of documents,carried out a lot of research in practice,visited 6 maker spaces on the spot,conducted in-depth interviews with a number of developers of maker spaces,some entrepreneurs and government officials,and issued questionnaires,and selected s space for case analysis.Through the research,this paper finds that the main problems of the early development of maker space can be summarized as four aspects: poor location selection,unreasonable business model,fuzzy investment direction and improper design.In view of these problems,this paper puts forward the development path of key links,and considers that the location selection should consider the factors of economy,science and technology,transportation,land cost,etc.,the business model should consider the factors of operation team capacity,venture capital market maturity,local supporting policies,etc.,the investment attraction direction should consider the needs of local enterprises and economic development orientation,and the design should be healthy,sharing,aesthetics Consider life and other needs.The researchresults of this paper can provide reference for the follow-up early development of maker space,make its operation more efficient,and further control the risk.
