Research On Maker Project Operation Mechanism Based On Network Resource Integration

This article aims to improve the operational efficiency of co-working space.Based on the theory of innovation chain,this article divides the maker project into six stages: fuzzy front-end stage,prototype development stage,project output stage,product development stage,product pilot stage,and product commercialization stage.In accordance with the stage of the maker project,the co-working space is divided into maker type,incubation type and integration type.The maker-type co-working space serves the fuzzy front-end phase,prototype development phase,and project output phase.The incubation-type co-working space serves the product development phase,product pilot phase,and product commercialization phase.The integration-type co-working space serves all stages.This paper selects Chaihuo Maker Space as a representative of the maker-type co-working space,selects Maker Headquarter as the representative of the incubation-type co-working space,selects Beijing Maker Space as the representative of the integration-type co-working space.We decomposed the path of the co-working space at each stage and extracted key elements.Based on the perspective of network resource integration,we have summarized the network resources required for maker projects,including intellectual resources,financial resources,material resources,and information resources.Combining the subjects of network,we analyzed the role of co-working space's network resources in key elements.In the end,we proposed the maker project operation model based on the network resources integration and elaborated the maker project operation.In the end,the article built a network system of the maker-type co-working space,the incubation-type co-working space and the integration-type co-working space.We summarize the network structure model and network nodes of the co-working space.At the same time,we analyze the connection patterns between the nodes to provide a reference for the network operation of the co-working space.
