Analysis On Influencing Factors Of Maker Space Development In Jiangxi Province

Under the new normal economy,China's economic growth rate is slowing down,and the industrial transformation and upgrading is imminent.The population aging,labor shortage,and increasingly depleted resources have constrained China's economic development,and only transfer the development mode,implement innovation-driven development strategies,and encourage Innovation leads to entrepreneurship,which in turn promotes economic development.As a brand-new service platform for innovation and entrepreneurship,Maker-space has played a key role in impelling this strategic goal.In response,at the beginning of 2015,the General Office of the State Council issued a document entitled “Developing Public Space to Promote Public Innovation and Entrepreneurship”([2015] No.9),which promotes the development of a Maker-space,And to better support the mass innovation and entrepreneurship.Since then,the number of Maker-spaces has mushroomed,and there is an atmosphere of building a Maker-space throughout the country.However,the rapid development of things can't escape the risk of bubbles.The Maker-space has lacked corresponding industry norms and standards,and its operating methods and profit models are still being explored.The development of Maker-space has been mixed.Blind expansion has caused many problems in the development of Maker-space,including a lack of popularity,unclear positioning,a single profit model,and lack of features.This article attempts to explore the factors that affect the development of the Maker-space and explore how obtain sustainable and stable development of the Maker-space in Jiangxi Province.First,This study used domestic and international research on the influencing factors of incubator development and related research results of the Maker-space,combined with field surveys and interviews to understand in detail the current development status of Maker-space,including the development of the basic situation,the main development model,problems encountered in the process,and Influencing factors.and based on the literature and interview data,a survey questionnaire on the influencing factors of Maker-space development in Jiangxi Province was developed,that explored eight factors influencing the development of Maker-space,They were policy,society,cooperation,competitors,capital,management personnel experience and quality,service levels,and status of incubating enterprises.Through factor analysis,concluding the affected level of various factors.Among them,policy factors are the most important factors affecting the development of Maker-space,followed by the status of incubating enterprises,capital strength,society,management personnel experience and quality,and service levels,cooperation,the competition between the Maker-spaces.Finally,according to the problems encountered during the development of the Maker-space and the major factors affecting the development of the space,proposed countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the development of Maker-space in Jiangxi Province.
