Evaluation Of The Efficiency Of Maker Space In Jiangsu Province

As ‘Internet plus' technology develops further,in response to the new trend of mass entrepreneurship and innovation,our country has made a series of policies and measures to support the development of marker space,and established a variety of entrepreneurial innovation platforms,which has far-reaching significance of creating a new engine for economic development and stimulating new momentum for economic development.Whereas,it also makes the development of the marker space faced with unprecedented opportunities and challenges.Since the 18 th National Congress of the CPC,Jiangsu Province has made great progress in its scientific and technological undertakings,which is at the forefront all over the country.It has greatly advanced in in core technological innovation,clustering of innovative enterprises,construction of scientific and technological platforms,reform of institutional mechanisms,and optimization of innovation and entrepreneurship environments.Marker space has played a positive role in stimulating innovation,promoting economic development,and facilitating employment and entrepreneurship,and has become the first choice for innovation and entrepreneurship in Jiangsu Province.At the same time,we must soberly see the existing problems and deficiencies,such as uneven regional development,serious homogenization,single profit model,and poor market access,which seriously affect the sustainable development and high-quality development of the marker space.Among the complex reasons,evaluation,planning,positioning and other operational management aspects are the main ones,serious deficiencies in the evaluation of the input and output efficiency of the marker space fatally flaws particularly.The article chose the perspective of the input and output of marker space resources in our province,combined with specific cases,scientifically analyzed the operating efficiency of marker space,aimed at the existing problems and shortcomings,put forward innovative proposals for improving the operating mode,optimizing resource allocation,and promoting health development of marker space.This article follows the logical thinking of what,why and how to do,analyzing the problems and proposing countermeasures according to the current situation.Firstly,it discussed the overview of the marker space connotation,profit model,development status,etc.It summarized the domestic and foreign research status of entrepreneurship ecosystem theory and crowd space evaluation.Based on the data of 2016-2018 annual report of our province and the policy documents of Nanjing,Suzhou and other regions,the development status has been systematically sorted out and analyzed.Secondly,based on the actuality of the creative space in our province and the characteristics of the operation of the creative space,the DEA super-efficiency BCC model of the operational efficiency evaluation of the input and output of the creative space was established.According to the empirical research results,In terms of technical efficiency,pure technical efficiency,scale efficiency and projection analysis,a static analysis of the operation efficiency of marker space in our province is carried out,and a dynamic analysis of the operation efficiency of this space is accomplished with the Malmquist index model.Finally,in light of the problems and the analysis results,innovative countermeasures and suggestions to improve the operation efficiency of the maker space in our province is proposed.
